We are looking for a Marketing Manager for Training Courses N.E.C to be responsible on holding a central role in shaping and executing innovative marketing strategies. the successful candidate will be entrusted with the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans, the Marketing Manager will be a driving force in enhancing brand visibility, engaging target audiences, and expanding market presence. the successful candidate will be leading a dynamic team, this role involves fostering strategic partnerships, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the organization remains agile in a dynamic landscape. The Marketing Manager is instrumental in measuring and optimizing campaign performance, contributing to continuous improvement and the achievement of key performance indicators.


Specific Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning and Implementation:

1. Marketing Managers are responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals. This involves conducting market research, identifying target audiences, and outlining plans to enhance brand visibility and market presence.

2. Oversee the implementation of these strategies, utilizing a mix of traditional and digital channels to maximize impact.


Team Leadership and Collaboration:

1. Marketing Managers lead and inspire their teams, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

2. Marketing Manger will be responsible for assembling and guiding a team of professionals, including marketing coordinators, analysts, and creative specialists.

3. Effective communication, delegation, and motivation are essential skills to ensure the team works cohesively toward shared objectives.


Performance Analysis and Optimization:

1. Marketing Managers analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate success.

2. Marketing Manager will leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions, identify areas for improvement, and optimize future strategies.

3. Continuous monitoring of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities is also part of this responsibility to keep the organization agile and responsive to changes in the business environment.


Technical Skills and Competencies:


Digital Marketing Expertise: Marketing Managers should possess strong technical skills in various aspects of digital marketing, including social media management, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and online advertising. Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms is crucial for effectively reaching target audiences in the online space.


Data Analytics and Interpretation: A solid understanding of data analytics is essential for Marketing Managers to assess the performance of marketing campaigns. Competency in tools like Google Analytics or other data analysis platforms allows them to gather insights, measure key performance indicators, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.


Integrated Technology Utilization: Marketing Managers should be adept at using Content Management Systems (CMS) for website management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, or Zoho CRM. This integrated technological skill set enables them to not only create and optimize content within a CMS but also efficiently manage customer data, track interactions, and analyze customer behavior through CRM systems. This holistic approach ensures seamless alignment of content creation, data analysis, and customer relationship management with overarching marketing strategies and objectives.


Duration of Traineeship/Attachment Offered - 6 months
