Responsibilities:
- Leading and overseeing a streamlined finance team.
- Developing and executing strategic plans, overseeing all financial activities such as business planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and governance.
- Supervising financial reporting, taxation, capital management, treasury functions, and risk management.
- Steering the company's financial planning and offering guidance on investment strategies, taking into account cash and liquidity risk.
- Managing and assessing the company's fundraising initiatives and capital structure.
- Ensuring prudent utilization of cash flow for day-to-day business operations.
- Addressing any additional ad-hoc responsibilities as they arise.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- A proven track record in the Financial Services sector, having held positions such as CFO, Finance Manager, or Finance Controller, with specific experience in Investment Management and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).
- Comprehensive knowledge of corporate financial law and practices related to risk management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Substantial exposure to methods involving data analysis and forecasting.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
