Key Responsibilities:
· Selling and sourcing Dairy commodity products throughout Asia Pacific and International Markets
· Selling and sourcing Dairy food service products throughout Asia Pacific and International Markets
· Active account management and relationship development with manufactures and buyers
· Assist and support the International development of new value add business including the foodservice range
· Development and execution of medium to longer term market access (Buy, Sell, Move) strategy
· Development and contribution to long term strategic planning
· Market analysis and reporting
POSITION DIMENSIONS
· Delivery of agreed Budgets for product trading
· Develop and/or contribute to cost reduction and margin improvement initiatives
Key Working Relationships
· Members of the Global Trade Team and all internal teams
· International and Domestic customers, Product and Technology Service providers, Freight and Shipping providers, Regulatory Authorities, and Industry Bodies.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Education
· Degree Qualified
· International Commerce, Accounting or Asian Studies preferred
Experience
· 5+ years experience with International Agri / Softs Commodity Trading
Understanding and knowledge of the Asia dairy market
