Our client is a well-established multinational contractor with a rich history.
- Follows up on the pre and post-contract administration of the project assigned to.
- Reviews work specifications, take-off quantity, costing and including liaise with Client, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers;
- Possess strong knowledge of Contractual terms and works to ensure that Project Team adheres to Contractural Terms and Conditions
- Provides effective support to Project Team and establishes good working relationships with Project Managers, Clients, Contractors and sub-contractors;
- Assists in resolving contractual and commercial issues with Clients, Contractors and Suppliers;
- Co-ordinates the procurement of materials and suppliers for the projects and ensures expenses within budget;
- Attends to all contract administration matters and maintains proper documentation of the project;
- Responsible for the Valuation of progress monthly payments, claims, and final account settlement with Clients, Subcontractors, and Suppliers.
- Attends site and other meetings as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying / Electrical / Mechanical / or its equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant Commercial, M&E, Infrastructure Projects QS experience
- Experienced in both Pre and Post Contracts
- Short-notice preferred
