Primary Function : To provide general sales support services in meeting all deadlines and undertaking all administrative work of the department with professionalism.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- To handle inquiries and ensure quotations are furnished to customers on time.
- Processing of orders within the dateline and consolidate customer’s requirements ensuring on time delivery.
- Liaise with customers for delivery timings and locations.
- Filing of invoices and other related documents.
- Undertake any other duties in relation to the job scope as assigned by your superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum: GCE O Level
- Basic Microsoft application especially Excel & Word
- Able to converse effectively both in English & Mandarin.
- Friendly & courteous disposition with a team player spirit.
- Ability and patience to handle high pressure environment.
- Knowledge of Singapore Customs permits will be an advantage but not a necessity as training will be provided.
- Once or twice a month weekend shift (Sat & Sun) from 9am to 1pm and also on public holidays when applicable (also on rotation).
- Preferably with a declarant license.
