Job Descriptions:
- To coordinate and manage client expectations
- Report to management, manage M&E team and work with other trades manager
- Able to schedule, supervise and control sub-contractors to carry out their works accurately and timely in accordance to the contract drawings and specification
- Review all M&E Shop Drawing from design team and submit for approval
- Prepare and conduct M&E meeting
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Well-versed in contractual terms, conditions and obligations
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems and able to identify critical quality control items
- More than 10 years of relevant experiences and 3 years in plant projects
- Experienced in data centre projects will be added advantage
- Willing to work in Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia or Philippines and other countries as assigned
- Well versed in MS office, MS project and Primavera
