JOB SCOPE
- Manage and execute maintenance plan. Update maintenance documents. Co-ordinate with Project Manager/Engineer to execute the work Schedule.
- Attendance/ initial troublshooting to fault/breakdown/complaint/records.
- Planning and weekly work completion report submission.
- Raising the Inspection Request and to follow the Site meeting.
- Attend user request for handyman works, report to client for follow up action.
- Monitoring close outs for daily work orders, attend to work orders, plan weekly escorting schedule.
- Preparation of material submittal for consultant/client approval.
- Planning and executing the work by co-ordinate with site supervisor.
- Submitting work progress to management. Sorting & Solving the Site problems.
- Co-ordinate with project engineer to arrange all material to avoid any delay of work
- Premise inspection and critical equipment.
- 7days/24hours standby for any M&E related emergency call out.
- Verifying building shop drawings and As-Built drawings Electrical services and Single Line Diagram.
- Erection and Commissioning of M&E Work.
- Obtain quotation for maintenance and improvement works from vendors/contractors.
- Supervising of Execution work as per Electrical standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Candidate must possess at least Degree
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work for long hours & Night shift
