Job Responsibilities:
· Handling import, export, and local shipments
· Prepare import and export permit declarations
· Ensures Job Sheets are accurately raised and completed in accordance with customer’s import and export job orders
· Update all charges/fees incurred in delivery of services to be borne by customers in the Job Sheet for finance to bill for customers
· Handle email correspondences with customers
· Ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
· Minimum ITE or its equivalent but not necessary.
· Proficiency in MS Office.
· Knowledge of Tradenet is an added advantage (training will be provided).
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Independent yet a good team player.

· Location: Tuas (2-way company bus provided)
· Salary: Salary will be commensurate according to experience & qualifications
Working days: Monday to Friday (8.45 am to 5.30 pm),
Alternate Saturday, work-from-home (8.45 am to 12.45 pm)
