This pivotal role entails spearheading the acquisition of new sales for MM TRADING HUBBIE PTE. LTD. The Sales Manager is entrusted with the responsibility of identifying, engaging, and converting prospective clients into new sales within the wholesale vegetable market. Through strategic planning and effective outreach, they play a central role in expanding the company's customer base in the wholesale vegetable sector. Moreover, the Wholesale Vegetable Sales Manager is dedicated to delivering high service standards, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.


Individual Responsibilities:

-Act as the primary point of contact for all customer account-related inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to their needs.

-Foster lasting client relationships through consistent delivery of exceptional service and a genuine commitment to satisfaction.

-Carry out post-sales activities, proactively identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling company products and services to existing clients.

-Advocate for clients' interests by collaborating with internal departments, ensuring a clear understanding of their requirements and seamless service delivery.

-Stay informed about the latest company products and services, evaluate their competitiveness in the market, and maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends. Provide clients with informed recommendations and insights based on this knowledge.


Requirements :

1. Full knowledge of company products and services, competitive landscape as well as market and industry trends

2. Good knowledge of client account management and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients

3. Excellent listening, communication, and presenting skills. Ability to articulate well on products and services.
