Assistant / Human Resource Manager – Pandan Road – 5.5 day week -Singaporeans only
Reporting to Head of Department
· Assist to manage full spectrum of HR functions, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, welfare and performance management
· Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
· Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or any other issues
· Ensure HR policy procedures remain current, fit for purpose and in compliance with legal/statutory obligations
· Support the current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
· Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
· Nurture a positive working environment
· Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
· Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
· Liaise with statutory boards
Requirement:
· Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management
· Able to communicate in Mandarin
· Proven working experience as HR Manager
· Strong knowledge and understanding of HR practices
· People oriented and results driven
· Demonstrate experience with Human Resources metrics
· Able to architect strategy along with leadership skills
· Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
· Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
· In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
· Proficient in employment act, government regulatory guidelines and taxi legislations
