Job Descriptions
- Prepare a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte and more according to the cafe's standards.
- Grind coffee beans and set machines to the correct settings for optimal extraction.
- Steam milk and create latte art when appropriate.
- Regularly clean and maintain the coffee machines, coffee grinders, and other equipment.
- Food preparation for guest as per SOP.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
Job Requirements
- A solid understanding of different coffee beans, roast levels, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Proficiency in using espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-related equipment.
- Skill in creating latte art
- Precise measurement of ingredients and adherence to preparation methods for consistency.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Basic food hygiene course (food safety level 1) is a plus point
