Job Responsibilities :
- Lead IT strategy of the group companies to improve cross functional processes, ensure consistency and effective communication.
- Manage IT related budgets and expenditures.
- Identify major risk factors for IT leadership and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Provide consultative and advisory services to proactively drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
- Provides training and support internal control to assist dealers in compliance with group companies’ requirements.
- Review, revise, and where appropriate, propose new policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and to enable consistent control of IT governance based on group companies’ requirements.
- Working with internal and external audit, develop and review Information System audit activities.
- Support the implementation of projects directed by Head Office with dedication and leadership including control, security and risk management and audit.
Job Requirements :
- At least 8 years of proven experience in heavy construction machinery industry.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
- Possess excellent leadership, management, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess JLPT N1 to liaise with Japanese firms and Japan head office.
- Able to travel periodically.
