Job Description:
- Plan, design and execute marketing cum advertising campaigns across MHC & Subsidiary marketing channels (online & offline) to generate leads and nurture them to conversion through content creation, new ads and promotions.
- Be accountable for content marketing initiatives to drive traffic and engagement that converts to sales, leads and customer retention. This includes content creation, and managing eDM, SEM & Social Media campaigns.
- Develop, design and grow the company’s brand and social media presence measured through market share, increase followers, likes and engagement.
- Analysing regular weekly marketing data performance and social media metrics with tracking systems to determine efficacy and areas for improvement.
- Provide retention & loyalty marketing support to CRM programmes/campaigns
- Manage brand partnerships and collaborations with various business partners
- Conduct competitor analysis regularly to help MHC brand remain competitive in industry’s landscape
- Provide assistance and support in other projects and events.
Job Requirements:
- A self-driven digital marketer who is proactive and responsible
- Strong self-starter, fast learner, quality conscious, committed to deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree with at least 1 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in creating content for digital marketing/web/social media
- Experience with content management systems, Google analytics, SEO/SEM, eDM and social/marketing channels
- Strong oral and written communication & presentation skills
- Good analytical skills – reading, interpreting and communicating data
- Project management skills and understanding of how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders
- Strong teamwork skills combined with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong understanding on employee benefits insurance programs will be advantageous.
- Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
