Our client is from Oil & Gas Industry. They are looking for an Accounts Executive (AR) to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the West - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable, including AR collections and daily reconciliation.
- Send monthly Statements of Account (SOA) and oversee AR aging for efficient Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) management.
- Ensure accurate ledger records through meticulous reconciliation, especially for intercompany transactions.
- Maintain organized Accounts Receivable files and conduct audits for accuracy in invoices, data entry, and mail processing.
- Assist in financial management, including cargo sales profitability analysis and commission evaluation.
- Support month-end closing, ledger maintenance, and tracking Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss schedules.
- Review Oracle for contract management, ensuring completeness in revenue against agreements.
- Provide assistance in Credit Control Management, policy implementation, and internal support for revenue reporting.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience
