Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new food service/B2B customers and other key accounts in the target segment.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to channel partners to enhance their ability to sell company products.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create promotional campaigns, incentive programs, and product launches that drive sales through channel partners.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimize sales performance.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through the establishment of partnerships with potential channel partners.
- Provide regular reports to management on business development performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Demonstrate expertise in product knowledge and various use case applications.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the F&B industry, with a good network of customers.
- Strong understanding of distribution channels and the dynamics of the food and beverage market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable disposition.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving business development targets.
