Administrative Assistant – Banking (1-year renewable contract)


Description:

  1. Diary management, including organizing internal or external meetings
  2. Coordinating on-boarding and off-boarding work
  3. Providing support including request handling for application access and obtaining necessary approval for business activities.
  4. Recording client meeting in Compass, registering event in Global Event Management System for client and creating road show for business traveler
  5. Preparing supporting document for Travel and Expenses reimbursement report and follow up action
  6. Booking and providing necessary arrangements and documents for business travel
  7. Managing Office supplies
  8. Providing ad hoc administrative support

Must have:

  • Extensive experience in supporting 20+ stakeholders
  • Financial services industry preferred
