- Provide technical and commercial clarification of inquiries for service work.
- Assist Superintendents, prepare quotations for service work and related spare parts.
- Prepare technical documents for company products
- Support company initiatives to expand aftersales activities and execute special projects.
- Ensure service jobs and spare parts are invoice correctly and in time.
- Ensure spare parts orders are delivered in time, follow up with purchasing team.
- Assist re-engineering team with product development.
- Co-ordination of tools calibration
Requirement:
- Technical background preferred, diploma not a requirement but will be preferred.
- Good communication skill
