Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales & Marketing on daily tasks and affairs within the Sales & Marketing Department.
- Take charge of sales and marketing endeavors in the company, including identifying potential customers and projects, initiating customer visits, preparing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Conduct follow-ups and engage in negotiations with customers while ensuring adherence to company pricing policies.
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships, providing support for customer project requirements and inquiries.
- Actively explore new markets to optimize the deployment of company assets and meet set sales targets.
- Coordinate with the Operations Department and customers on project executions, responding to customer requests, clarifications, and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist the Operations team in ensuring timely receipt of payments from customers and finalizing accounts for completed projects.
- Regularly update the company website and marketing materials. Organize marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement and awareness.
- Identify emerging market trends, explore potential business opportunities, and generate monthly reports for management.
- Utilize internal systems for daily tasks and contribute to the implementation and enhancement of the system.
- Ensure that procedures, products, and services comply with company policies, government regulations, and ISO standards.
- Maintain historical records for annual accounting and ISO audits.
- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as required or instructed.
Requirements:
- Possession of a diploma or degree in Maritime Business or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Well-presented individual with robust interpersonal, communication, and written skills.
- Team player exhibiting strong work ethics, initiative, and the ability to multitask within tight timelines.
