WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

CloserStill Media (CSM) is looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager for its Singapore operations to deliver creative multi-channel marketing campaigns for exclusive technology summits.

If you have experience of marketing events or/and conferences and want to work for a company who have an outstanding reputation, then this would be a great position for you.


THE ROLE:

  • Work with the Head of Marketing, Group Marketing and Conference Manager, Content leads and Event Directors plus the wider team to develop and implement marketing strategy, positioning key messages and product strategy.
  • Execute the marketing campaign(s) and report on effectiveness and results ensuring all elements achieve required performance criteria.
  • Management of the creative/design process for marketing material. This includes the update and development of existing materials plus the creation of new material in line with the marketing strategy.
  • Work in partnership with the Content Lead, develop and align the content and marketing strategy with regular checkpoints throughout the campaign.
  • Work with the sales team to create sales campaigns, focused on both new client growth and increased client retention. This includes messaging to drive revenue across all products such as digital, sponsorships, and future revenue opportunities.
  • Regularly review marketing plan, response rates/KPIs, attendee demographics, and industry best practices to ensure marketing efforts are effective and successful, making recommendations and adjustments as appropriate.
  • Database management, list management, and development with the support of business intelligence and data teams.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting of key marketing statistics and forecasts.
  • Manage marketing budgets, purchase orders, and liaise with Finance on reporting requirements.
  • Responsible for the formation, execution, and management of the products’ digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM and PPC strategies and social media.
  • Oversee and execute community building and social media strategies that drive engagement, interaction, brand affinity and could improve the audience experience.
  • Develop and manage projects and team members, including delegating tasks, reviewing team member work, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget, developing and revising ideas, and implementing projects.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Experienced B2B Marketing Manager
  • Experience working with a variety of stakeholders including C-Level
  • Experience working with and segmenting data
  • Experience contributing to the development of marketing plans and digital campaigns.
  • Strong time and project management skills – demonstrating a high level of attention to detail when planning and briefing in work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good understanding of the fundamentals of digital marketing including SEO, PPC, Google Ad words, banner ads and retargeting campaigns, to drive website traffic, engagement and lead generation and mobile apps
  • Strong IT skills and systems management (e.g. experience working with CRM and CMS platforms, databases, email marketing and marketing automation software)
