Responsibilities:
- Support the program team to ensure that program activities will be implemented on time, scope and within budget, achieving the related performance objectives.
- Undertake and prioritize the day to day tasks for the smooth operations of the program, manages all internal delivery, community partners, third party providers (contractors) service delivery, where necessary. This will include, coordinating the logistics support, facilities and supporting the administrative aspects of the various intervention workshops.
- Facilitate and coordinate the delivery of the program in the community and provide logistics and marketing support to encourage outreach, uptakes leading up to a successful roll out of the various workshops and supporting events.
- Ensure that key data components are captured and collected in a secured and organised manner throughout the program at the appropriate points so that the necessary reporting and subsequent evaluation of the program can be done.
- Fosters a strong working relationship between all stakeholders in the program, including partners/providers, the clinical staff, administration and information management staff.
- Project /Secretariat Support -Provide administrative support its workgroups and projects
- Includes but not limited to meeting coordination and working with Project Lead(s) to curate meeting agenda, draft minutes of meeting, follow up on matters arising, and project/programme planning.
Requirements
- Degree qualifications or Diploma (Consider non-executive)
- Minimum 2 years experiences in program or event coordination
- Experiences in secretariat/minute taking is preferred
- Experience in the healthcare industry will be an advantage
- Health Coach related experience will be advantageous
- Strong written, analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Team player who is resourceful, hands-on, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal, communication skills and organizational skills.
- Willing to work nights, weekends and in accordance to operational schedules when needed
