We are looking for mature mid-career individuals (aged 40 and above) exploring mid-career skills conversion and switching to new jobs to gain meaningful industry-relevant skills and experience.
You will be responsible for:
- Following up with our existing customers on their training needs and sending brochures and proposals for them to review for their training plan
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customers' and prospects' inquiries and feedback and submitting proposals
- Designing EDM for each workshop to send information to clients in the region
- Maintain up-to-date files and records of clients' contact details
- Handle daily general administration tasks and coordinate hotel and flight for the workshops in the region.
Qualification & Requirement
- mature mid-career individuals (aged 40 and above) Singaporean and PR
- minimum Secondary 2 qualification
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
