- Channel Partner Manager
- Maintains and expands relationships with assigned Channel Partners, System Integrators.
- Manage sales pipeline, monthly sales forecast and identify new business opportunities.
- Responsible for achieving sales for hardware and non-hardware, profitability.
- Provide resources & support on product knowledge & sales strategies.
- Provide machine demo whenever required.
- Provide available sales tools for partners to utilize.
- Manage conflict with indirect and direct sales teams by good communication internally and external through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
- Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements
- Assesses, clarifies and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis
- Objection handling on partners’ feedback and end users’ service issues
- Coach and train partners to sell full suite of KMBS products and solutions
- Develop incentive programs for Channel Partners
- Follow up AR issues for Channel Partners and end users
- Update on stocks availability request
Job Requirements
- 3 years of experience in channel management or sales
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM/SAP) software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and stakeholders
