Job Summary

  • The Sales Manager (individual contributor) will hold a critical role in a startup, leading sales endeavors within the electronic manufacturing field.
  • Responsible for championing the company's products, this position demands expertise in crafting and executing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and fostering collaboration across departments to align with production capabilities and market demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate and expand the company's presence in the APAC region.
  • Manage vertical business operations from strategy formulation to implementation.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to create tailored solutions and proposals for international clients.
  • Cultivate new customer relationships in designated territories using professional sales tactics.
  • Establish and sustain connections with potential business partners and distributors.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive activities in the manufacturing industry.
  • Create and manage sales budgets, forecast targets, and regularly report on sales performance metrics.
  • Introduce ongoing enhancements to sales processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in sectors like: Contract Manufacturing, Electronics related or Chemical Materials. Other sectors can be considered as well.
  • Experience in setting up distribution channels.
  • To handle BD work.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Independent and capable of thriving in a startup environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Profound understanding of manufacturing processes, market trends, and customer behaviors within the sector.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with counterparts in China/Taiwan.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
