Responsibilities:
- Managing the unified project timelines and deliverables
- Work with IT and various teams on project plan and timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on time
- Ensure Unified CIF changes are applied to the downstream platforms and picked up on google analytics as a custom dimension
- Understand the web redesign or revamp requirements, translate to google analytics requirements, provide testing support to the developers and web teams.
- Synchronize the analytic tags across the sites
- Engage in full acceptance testing and troubleshooting of tracking issues together with developers
- Develop reports and dashboard on google analytics on website tracking on both health and performance metrics
- Partner businesses to analyze data from various dimensions to uncover opportunities/wastage
- Develop dashboards to track effectiveness of marketing of the platform
- Provide the analysis of website data from the dashboard to BUs
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
Skills/Requirement:
- At least 3 years Digital analytics implementation and reporting experience with Google Analytics, firebase and Google Optimize.
- Experienced with planning and executing MVT and A/B testing solutions using 3rd party platform such as Google Optimize or similar platform is preferred
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel, Python or any other scripting language is a must
- Experience with digital analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc) and tag management system (Launch, GTM, etc).
- Experience with digital analytics requirements and reporting for sales, post login and app journeys.
- Experience with HTML and Google Data studio to setup regular reporting for manager reporting
- Experience in defining analytics tracking requirements, and guiding developers through implementation of those requirements
- Experience in verifying, deploying and troubleshooting triggers and tags through GTM
- Experience in reading and analysing of various data sets to uncover opportunities/wastages
