Patient Care Coordinator

Amelio Medical Clinic Pte. Ltd.

Looking for a young, enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our team as a Clinic Assistant! We are a busy medical clinic looking for someone with initiative, a go-getter attitude, and a commitment to excellence.

The ideal candidate is someone who is willing to put in the hours necessary to get the job done right, all while maintaining a cheerful and positive attitude. You should be responsible, reliable and committed to providing top-notch customer service to our patients.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting patients and ensuring a smooth check-in process
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's calendar
  • Assisting doctors and nurses with various tasks
  • Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries
  • Ensuring the clinic is kept clean and organized at all times
  • Processing patient payments and insurance claims

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to put in extra hours when needed
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
