Permanent Night shift (10:45pm to 7:30am from Mon to Fri)
Salary up $3500+$300+shift allowances

Responsibilities:
- Ensure all production equipment and facilities are maintained well.
- Minimize production downtime by reducing breakdowns.
- Performs preventive maintenance procedures for equipment on a scheduled basis.
- Maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures. . Train production team on AM (autonomous maintenance) and to support Kaizen.
- Conduct daily walk-through/inspection to ensure that all infrastructure and equipment are in good working condition and provide feedback on any abnormality of failure of equipment for rectification.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance on infrastructure and equipment.
- Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment.
- Maintain critical spare parts list to minimize production downtime and to plan for sufficient stock of critical spare parts based on possible impact and frequency of parts failure.
- Attend and assist to vendors/ contractors within factory during servicing and maintenance of production, facilities and safety equipment.
- Ensure fire protection equipment is properly maintained and up to date.
- Strictly enforce and follow all health, safety, environment and quality procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Mechatronics/Mechanical or Electrics/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar environment
