Headquartered in the US, they are expanding their global presence and are setting up their office in Singapore to have a Customer Service Coordinator to join their Account Management function.
About the job
In this role, you will be reporting to an Account Manager and your responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining specific B2B customer accounts, order and sales processes and customer enquiries, to support the growth and expansion of the business
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with account clients
- Ensuring excellent customer service, coordinating and streamlining efforts for day to day operations of accounts
Skills and experience required
- 2+ years of relevant experience B2B client relations/account management function in FMCG/retail/consumer goods/e-commerce space
- Excellent organizational skills, highly process driven and ability to prioritize tasks
- Position requires liaising with Korean speaking counterparts, proficiency in Korean language is required.
