Key Responsibilities:
Project Tracking
· Fully responsible to ensure project status are updated as per frequency. This would include monito and track project financials, project schedule, project risk, project issues, project dependencies and project resource management.
· Assist to record PSC and PWC meeting minutes, thereafter follow up on PSC and PWC action items to closure
· Manage project sharepoint/ shared folder to ensure project artefacts are recorded accordingly.
· Manage project financials, tracking of actuals and forecast
· Prepare PSC deck under the guidance of project and program manager
Project Day to Day Administration
· Assist in memo writing, submission and tracking
· Manage invoices, payments, time sheeting
· Actively participate in new resource on boarding
Key Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/ Banking/ Finance
• Minimum 2 years’ administrative experience, preferably in financial industry
• Experience in project administration will be strongly preferred.
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project
• Excellent skills in documenting project meeting minutes
• Fast learner with inquisitive mind and structure process in task execution
• Strong organisational and analytical skills, is meticulous with details yet able to see the big picture.
• Highly-motivated self-starter and strong team player and able to work with a high degree of autonomy.
• Excellent communication skills and able to communicate well with various stakeholders.
• Good attitude and able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality with the information handled during the course of work.
• Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure
• Experience in project planning, familiar with investment proposals preparation, annual budget planning
• Must have banking experience for minimum of 2 years
