Your Team, Your Impact
The job comes under NPI Operations and supports Product & Test Engineers in test development, product qualification & manufacturing release. Additionally, the job supports production & planning teams to make use of spare capacity for revenue attainment purpose. The scope covers managing Marvell testers, handlers, probers & hardware with focus towards operational readiness and continuous improvement.
What You Can Expect
- Lead Engineer in NPI Operations who will collaborate with Equipment Engineering, Planning, Product & Test Engineering and External Vendors to successfully execute NPI Test development milestones. Allocate testers, tools and other resources to support NPI Project schedules.
- Prepare, monitor, update test floor capacity to support test debug, engineering samples and pilot production lots
- Establish and track NPI bring up schedules in collaboration with PE & Planning teams
- Track tools utilization and take actions when it drops below target
- Review weekly forecasts from planning team and ensure test floor readiness to meet engineering samples shipments
- Work with Equipment engineers and Facility teams on tester, prober, handler installation schedules and release
- Manage a team of technicians & operators that will operate tools and manage product inventory, lot movements in test floor
- Generate periodic management updates on operations metrics.
What We're Looking For
- BSEE/ME with minimum 8 years of experience in test operations
- Fundamental knowledge in ATEs, peripheral tools and their operational aspects (UltraFLEX, Advantest 93K testers, Tri-temp Probers and auto-Handlers)
- Some understanding in correlations, calibration, golden unit test, preventive maintenance & production release processes.
- Experience in driving root cause analysis and CA/PA/8D reports.
- Self-starter, fast learner, good communicator, able to work in matrix organization, juggle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge in ESD controls, GRR, 5S, TPM, OEE, 8D, ISO-9K, MS-Office tools.
