We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team and help drive our business growth.

Responsibilities

  1. Identify new business opportunities, with familiarity on portals such as Gebiz, Sesami etc.
  2. Develop Business Proposal, tender submission, attend site briefing, reporting of opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams, including QS, engineering, marketing, and operations, to develop customized solutions and compelling business proposals for clients.
  4. Prepare and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations and pitch materials, showcasing the company's capabilities and value proposition.
  5. Manage and monitor the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and progress tracking on leads and opportunities.
  6. Report to management on bid status

Requirements

  1. Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field in Integrated Facilities Management.
  2. A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the integrated facilities management industry is preferred.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive business proposals and presentations.
  4. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  5. Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  7. A self-starter with strong problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management skills.
  8. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
