- To provide coordination and assistance in all areas necessary to facilitate enquiries and requests from patients, clients and internal departments, and ensure that the service levels provided meet the pre-determined service standards.
- Ensure timely and appropriate resolution of enquiries and requests that come through the Patient Liaison Centre (PLC).
- Liaise with external parties and internal departments for safe and appropriate referral of patient for outpatient appointment as per the hospital’s protocols and procedures.
- Carry out any other administrative duties required at PLC.
Key Requirements
- Minimum Diploma Holder
- Preferably 1 year work experience
- Good problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous and possess good organisational and coordination skills
- Ability to exercise initiative, manage pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- A team player
- Proficient in computer skills and comfortable with applications/ technology
