Position: Senior Accounts Executive - Temporary Position (Job ID: 18885)
Job Description:
- Handle full set of account (GL function, AP and AR Function and month end closing).
- Prepare and maintain tangible/intangible asset schedule.
Prepares balance sheet schedules, bank reconciliation and audit schedules. - Handle Interco confirmation and reconciliations.
- Prepare and Review the bookkeeping of one oversea branch.
- Prepare Monthly Financial Reports and Cash Flow Management.
- Perform analysis on Financial reports.
- Quarterly reporting packages for headquarter.
- Prepare the Monthly Forecast Reports.
- Assist on the Company Budgeting Process
- Prepare / Review and file GST return.
- Assist in liaison with auditors for annual / ad-hoc audit (internal & external).
- Prepare and check the Annual Financial Statements.
- Liaised with banker on bank related matters.
- Performing other ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor in Accounting/Finance/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
- Preferably with least 5 years’ Finance & Cost accounting experience.
- Candidate with audit experience will be added advantage.
- Possess sound knowledge in Microsoft office especially Excel and PowerPoint is an added advantage.
- Must have Knowledge of SAP.
- Knowledge of SAP Concur & RPA a good advantage.
- Work with external and internal auditors and tax agents etc.
- Team player, team leader, Detail Oriented and Disciplined.
- Meticulous, ability to work with numbers and data analysis
- Positive working attitude, independent and willing to learn.
- Contract Period from 5 Mar 2024 - 5 Aug 2024 (5 months)
