RSG is looking for a Community Manager who is passionate about building a community centered around esports. This individual will be responsible for working with the rest of the team to create community engagement strategies to execute events/programs and play an active role in the community. The ideal candidate must possess the creativity to conceptualize, plan, and execute ways of building an online and offline presence that is in line with our business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Foster stronger relationships with fans through daily communication across various channels.
- Coordinate and execute online activities for the community.
- Innovate ideas and strategies to enhance community engagement.
- Plan and execute community initiatives, contributing to a robust bond with our audience.
- Adhoc responsibilities required by the office as needed.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect effectively with individuals.
- Display good initiative to find solutions and work independently to ensure timely delivery.
- Good grasp of gaming and esports trends
- Basic understanding of various esports game titles (MLBB)
- Capable of engaging effectively with gamers and possesses an in-depth understanding of target audience consumption habits.
- 1 – 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Excellent mastery of MS Excel and other MS Office software.
- Fun & creative personality
- Stay up-to-date with online trends in order to ensure relevance
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Plus point: Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Mandarin
