- Oversees and maintain daily site operations.
- Supervising on site development by contractors.

Requirements
- Possess diploma in estate management ,property and facility management or other related field with at least 5 years of experiences.
- Independent,initiative and good time mangement.
- Ability to perform supervising, preparing, organising ,storing information in paper and digital.
- Budgeting and directing skills required.
- Good communication skills with customers.
- Basic computer skills is needed such as managing files, microsoft words, using spreedsheets and databases.
- Finding related information and good presentation skills.
