Responsibilities & Requirements
1) Co-ordination with clients for their system onboarding for new changes.
2) Willing and diligent to learn especially IT skills
3) Good communication, able to interact and react well to unforeseen situation
4) Proficiency in Chinese
5) Have basic knowledge in IT skills
6) Preferred to have SQL , Linux skills but not a must
7) Fresh graduates with IT knowledge is welcome
Others
Working hours is from Mon - Fri (9 to 6PM), however may need to support CR support on Wed, Fri till late evening (11PM) and Sun morning. Overtime will be compensated with time-off
