Overview:
We are seeking a self-motivated Operations Service Manager to join our HR manpower deployment team.
This position offers the ability to grow, develop and maintain relationships with key clients and our deployed employees. The talent will be responsible for acquiring and managing clients mainly in various industries and sectors.

Job Responsibilities:
- Acquire new corporate clients in manpower outsourcing
- Manage projects based on client's manpower requirements.
- Sourcing, rostering, training, deploying and verifying timesheets of staff, as well as coordinating with client representatives on job scope.
- Plan and execute recruitment of temp staff and full time employees.
- Manage manpower attraction, development and retention to meet clients’ needs.
- Manage post project administrative matters (reports, , reviews and meetings with clients)
- Be on site as required, to ensure operations are executed smoothly
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree with 2 years of working experience in related service industry. Diploma holders with 3 years or more working experience will be considered
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Performance driven
- CEI-KAH / Basic holders will be prioritized.
