Responsibilities:
To liaise with clients and subcontractors pertaining orders, deliveries, payment & etc
Manage and monitor deliveries schedules
Handle all aspects of administrative management which includes logistics, accounting and general office administration
Stock management
Provide support to specific project(s) within company
Prepare weekly report for clients
Support any other adhoc duties assigned by Management being of her skill level and his qualification
Requirement:
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
Meticulous in work
Possess can do attitude and eager to learn
At least 1 year of experience in order processing and invoicing
Experience in SAP would be an advantage
