Specific Responsibility & Authorities
- To work on process improvement and product innovation according to customer’s requests before scaling up production.
- Apply knowledge of pharmaceutical, food technology, and skin science by providing support and solutions for issues pertaining to processes and products (quality, product development, and operating procedures) and to plan and implement experimentations.
- Design and develop new products as well as products’ continuous improvement and enhancement.
- Perform market research and source for relevant products.
- Provide technical support to QA and Production team to improve quality of products and manufacturing processes.
- To support QA for sample analysis.
Requirements:
- Business level Japanese a MUST (To communicate with Japan group companies).
- With minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science & technology/Process, Chemistry, Chemical Process Technology or equivalent.
- Knowledge and experience on handling high-pressure gases and hazardous materials.
- Knowledge and experience on production technologies, applications and specifications of surface-active agent (surfactant).
- Minimum 3 years related working experience in surfactant production, manufacturing technology or R&D.
