- Configuration & Release Management - Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Analyse requirements and come up with the required design following the predefined framework and guidelines
- Create test cases, identify test data
- Execute test cases, troubleshoot issues, test defects
- Support business users in test activities
- Support deployment
- More functional than development role
