Contract: 1 year contract (renewable)
Working hours:
Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Jobscope:
To perform scanning and data entry for hardcopy applications, including printing and mailing out outcome letters.
To verify data of application details or appeal assessment
To provide assessment and recommendation on appeals
Minimum experience:
Experience in application processing
Minimum Skills:
▪ Microsoft Outlook: Proficient Level
▪ Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word: Basic Level
