Main Responsibilities
Products: Microscope Solutions Products
Customer support (Domestic & Regional)
- To arrange service visiting, installation, repair, troubleshooting, and re-location on site
- To set up and dismantle equipment for demonstrations
- To conduct equipment familiarization training for users
- To answer service inquiries
- To attend user’s meetings
- To install and commission new equipment at customer’s site
- To practice and enlightenment for Customer satisfaction in the service team
Service administration
- To prepare service quotations, contracts, reports, and invoice
- To arrange spare parts from suppliers
- To send/deliver repair items and spare parts
- To collect equipment for in-house repairs
- To deliver new equipment to customers
- To attack and pursue outstanding debts
- To send faulty parts to vendors for checking and testing
- To furnish technical information and quality reports to the Principal
Requirement
- At least a diploma in engineering.
- 1-2 years of service engineer working experience
- experience in medical device service will have advantages.
- Able to work both independently and as an effective team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Words
- Well-organized, self-motivated, reliable and resourceful
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- With a class 3 driver's license preferred
