As a Beauty Sales Consultant (Spa/Facial), you will work alongside with the Beauty Sales Manager and be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales of spa services and products, to achieve and exceed sales targets. Your role involves understanding of customers’ needs, recommending appropriate treatments and products, ensuring a positive and memorable spa experience.
Job Responsibilities
· Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
· Listen to customers’ needs and preferences to provide tailored recommendations
· Explain spa’s services and product offerings clearly and persuasively
· Make professional recommendations on products, treatments and packages to customers
· Actively promote and upsell spa services and products to achieve and exceed sales targets
· Proficiency in successfully closing high-value sales transactions
· Assist in customer care / administrative operations and initiatives
· Proactively follow up and maintain excellent after-sales relationship with customers
· Continuous learning to maintain a deep understanding of the spa’s services, treatments and product offerings
· Provide top-notch customer service experience with professional touch
· Work closely with a team of Beauty Therapists cum Consultants to optimize bookings
· Other adhoc duties as and when required
Requirements
· Excellent communication skills and positive personality
· CIDESCO/CIBTEC/ITEC or other relevant Beauty/Wellness certifications would be a plus
· Proven record of achieving sales targets - selling of spa/facial packages is a bonus
· Competent, self-driven and focused on achieving results
· Solid communication abilities in both English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
