Job Description:
As an Area General Manager in our company, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop region-specific strategies aligned with the company's overall development goals.
- Formulate challenging expansion targets and policies for the assigned area.
Team Coordination:
- Convene and lead regional team meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and track performance metrics across various business lines in the region.
Resource Management:
- Assist in the expansion and long-term maintenance of the company's traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) doctor resources.
- Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources within the region.
Training and Development:
- Develop internal training materials for the regional team.
- Provide periodic training sessions on business knowledge and promotional skills to enhance the team's capabilities.
Team Supervision:
- Supervise and manage various business teams within the region.
- Ensure the efficient and timely completion of tasks and projects.
Financial Accountability:
- Take responsibility for monitoring and managing the region's operational profit results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with a background in medicine or pharmacy.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinic management and operations.
- Preferred experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with local traditional Chinese medicine laws and regulations.
- Strong dedication and work ethic.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
