Responsibilities:

  • Devise a growth strategy that encompasses both financial success and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify emerging markets and evolving customer needs.
  • Schedule and conduct business meetings with potential clients.
  • Promote our company's products/services, aligning them with clients' objectives and needs.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations when preparing sales contracts.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of sales, revenue, and invoices.
  • Provide reliable post-sales support and feedback.
  • Cultivate enduring relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Mentor and nurture entry-level staff, helping them grow into valuable sales professionals.
  • Set development goals for the team and the business, and ensure their achievement.
  • Provide training and assistance to team members for skill development.
  • Identify and tap into new markets while enhancing sales strategies.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the director.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or in a related role.
  • Demonstrated track record of sales success.
  • Customer support experience is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Sound market knowledge.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Aptitude for building rapport with clients.
  • Excellent time management and planning skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Availability to work within flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
