The order fulfillment associate (Order Processing) responsible for managing and processing daily orders from customers. He/she must be service oriented and be able to perform under time pressure.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and effective day-to-day operations to meet service quality and timely delivery of products to customers
- Unpacking of orders received from optical stores
- Process customer orders that are placed by phone, whatsapp, email or fax
- Manage and process all order details into the system:
- Processing of all new orders received from customers
- Update information for VisuStore orders placed by customers
- Operate tracing equipment to input frame data into VisuStore for remote edging
- Process any other orders such as replacement/complimentary/bonus goods
- Ensure orders are inputted in the system and updated accurately
- Update order status in the system until the order arrives
- Perform invoicing and any tasks related to processing the orders
Requirements
- Min "O" Levels or higher
- 1 year working experience
- Perseverance and positive attitude
- Detailed orientated and work with high level of accuracy
- Savvy and quick to learn IT related platforms
- Fluent verbal communication in both English & Chinese
- Must be hands on and able to work in a fast-paced environment with good time management skills
