Profile:
The preferable candidate will:
- Hold a degree in Accountancy or similar related qualification from a reputable university
- Will have at least 3 or more years equivalent work experience
- Possess a strong finance reporting skill set
- Be able to assimilate quickly with a meticulous eye for detail
- Be pro-active, well organized, reliable and able to get things done.
- Knowledge of SAP and/or CRM database (Salesforce) advantageous
- Be capable of working independently and appreciate flexible home / office work arrangements
Job description
With support provided where necessary, will be responsible for the following:
- Monthly accounting activities including AR-AP-GL-Billing, full cycle bookkeeping, journal entries, and payments
- Prepare, plan and co-ordinate financial reports – internal and expanded, forecast and budget
- Liaise with external party for collection / deposits
- Prepare quarterly GST reports for submission
- Prepare monthly payroll and CPF submission
- Provide financial analysis and forecast to support business decision making
- Ensure reporting accuracy, completeness, timelines and adherence to internal controls
- Liaise with corporare secretary, external Auditors and Tax Advisors and filing
- Support the execution of HR transactions and related admin tasks
- Work closely with the regional EVP and perform related duties as assigned.
