- Contribute to the development and implementation of CRM marketing automation, journeys, and processes to enhance business efficiency.
- Utilize CRM tools to analyze the customer database, extract insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement recommendations.
- Serve as the custodian of data for the brand, ensuring the maintenance, monitoring, and updating of the customer database in alignment with internal data quality policies.
- Assist in the allocation of leads and closely monitor follow-up tasks by the sales team.
- Generate and analyze results from CRM campaigns, extract insights, and propose data-driven ideas and recommendations.
- Identify and suggest suitable target audiences/segments for sales and after-sales marketing campaigns.
- Track, generate and analyse weekly sales funnel and campaigns reports.
- Customer profiling, data mining and customer need analysis
- Diploma/Degree holders in Marketing / CRM / Business Administration.
- 1-2 years of Marketing/CRM-related experience.
- Knowledge of CRM principles and customer journeys.
- Meticulous and well-organised with the ability to multitask under pressure
