We are seeking a experience onsite technician to join our team. As a onsite Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and troubleshooting our products to ensure optimal performance and functionality. You will have chance to work on a variety of Prism products. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite technical support and assistance to customer in resolving hardware and software issue.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including mechanical, electrical, and software related problems.
- Repair or replace faulty components at customer side
- Maintain detailed of service records, repairs and equipment inventory.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members and contractors to complete projects and assignments.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior/or manager
- Min O-Level or equivalent. Relevant certifications or vocational training is a plus.
- Min 2 years’ experience as a Refrigerator/ Ceiling Fans/ Television/ Monitor onsite Technician or similar role.
- Familiarity with electrical/android systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Valid Class 3/3A driver's license or equivalent SG driving license.
