Job Scope :
Supply Chain Manager
- Source and identify suppliers for direct and indirect materials/services, expanding the supplier base for new project/production needs and obtaining competitive quotes for cost reduction.
- Lead periodic price negotiations with suppliers, ensuring cost competency and conducting supplier qualification audits.
- Add selected suppliers to the Approved Vendor List after qualification, and conduct regular performance reviews to manage supplier quality.
- Maintain standard operating procedures for consistent workflow processes in the Procurement department.
- Develop and negotiate favorable supply agreements with suppliers, working on supply chain models with other departments.
- Supervise and train junior staff to accomplish the above duties and any other tasks assigned by management.
- Develop a purchasing strategy for different supply categories, ensuring on-time order fulfillment with minimal inventory for direct purchases.
- Manage the warehouse team to ensure timely receiving/issuance of raw materials, achieve order fulfillment requirements, and maintain overall inventory integrity.
Logistics Manager
- To ensure daily operation that is executed by the teams is functioning and meeting the service level.
- Manage order fulfillment process from order taking through delivery, implement workplace safety, safe work procedures, risk assessment, management, and housekeeping.
- Strong team leadership and general management ability
- Analytical, self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to manage & perform under pressure or tight deadlines.
- Oversee and manage client. (3PL service )
Job Requirement:
Supply Chain Manager
- Candidates from Mechanical Engineering or relevant background study
- Candidates with working experience and exposure in both mechanical and electrical customized parts and components sourcing
Logistics Manager
- Able to lead a team of dedicated logistics, warehouse, and shipping personnel from 3PL logistics operation
