Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving issues related to warranties.
- Take responsibility for all Cars & Bikes warranty/campaign Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Handle violations related to the delivery stoppage of Cars & Bikes.
- Oversee the Work in Progress (WIP) status for Cars & Bikes.
- Compile monthly reports for the Aftersales Director. Initiate process improvements with implementations to enhance and uphold the quality standards of warranties.
- Monitor and assess all claims for Cars & Bikes, aiming to reduce write-off settlements to not exceed the set target.
- Conduct a weekly review of rejection claims, highlighting the top 3 rejections monthly, and sharing information with workshops and service centers to address common faults for improvement.
- Prepare rejection reports for quarterly Internal Audits across all centers.
- Conduct monthly Internal Audits for Warranty Parts storage.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any fields with at least 3 years of supervisory experience in automotive industry
- Proficiency in Computer skills such as Microsoft office
- Experience in handling car/bike warranty
